What data and where from

Data you enter in the contact form (name or company, e-mail, topic, message) and technical data of your visit (IP address, device type, pages visited) collected by the hosting provider and analytics tools.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), keeping records of correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)), website statistics with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and defence of claims (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Enquiries: for the time needed to handle them and up to 3 years afterwards. Analytics data: according to the settings of the analytics tool, no longer than 14 months.

Recipients

Our hosting and e-mail providers (cyber_Folks S.A., Poland; Cloudflare, Inc.), analytics providers (Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Analytics, only with your consent; Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. for cookieless Ahrefs Web Analytics) and authorities when required by law. Data may be transferred outside the EEA (USA, Singapore) only under GDPR safeguards: European Commission adequacy decisions, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or your local authority.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies until you choose otherwise. Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*, stored for up to 13 months) are set only after you accept them in the consent banner; before that, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode). Your choice is stored for 12 months in the rtx_consent cookie and you can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts page views in aggregate (page, country, device type, referrer) without storing personal data or identifiers in your browser, based on our legitimate interest in measuring site traffic.

The site uses no profiling and makes no automated decisions with legal effects.
